Seriously, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you both so very much for your patience and most of all, the help you have provided over the past 4 months whilst you organised the exchange of my car.
I know the first few weeks were very trying for us all but you obliged each and every time the car let me down by providing courtesy cars, However, when I got to the point where I felt I could take no more, the kindest thing you done for me, was to loan me a car for the full 12 weeks period while my replacement car was on order. I know you were not obliged to let me have a car for such a long time, and you certainly went that extra mile to keep myself, as a customer happy.
Well, you passed with flying colours. That was very much appreciated.
As you know, Dave and I both work for Delphi but as Dave does shifts, we could not travel together and because I am a very independent person, I wanted to be free to come and go as I please outside of working hours.
What really impressed me was the courtesy call I received from Alan today to make sure all was well and I was happy.
That really went a long way to think that you took the time out to do so - especially on your first day back after your holiday.

I would also like to extend my thanks to both the girls on reception. I know I did bend their ear on a number of occasions when I was having a 'moan', but they never once complained. Just sat and listened/sympathised. Always passed on messages that always resulted in someone calling me back.
I would have no hesitation in recommending any of my friends or family to purchase a car from yourself.
