Job Role: An opportunity has opened up for a driven and customer focused individual to join our team at Chelmsford. The successful candidates will provide a first class customer experience as well as implementing our core values.

Hours of work: 7:45am-6pm Monday to Friday, 7:45am-1pm alternate Saturdays

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls which meet both the minimum contact rates and evaluation standards
  • Ensure customer and vehicle details are updated accurately on all calls
  • Ensure new appointments and bookings are accurate and data is inputted both efficiently and timely
  • Lost calls kept to a minimum
  • Present a positive image of the company, products and services offered at all times
  • Provide a friendly, professional and pro-active approach to calls ascertaining customer needs and supplying solutions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
  • To keep up to date with all service promotions and ensure that these are presented to the customer both clearly and accurately

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly, professional manner
  • Prior experience in customer service and sales role
  • The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision but also able to work successfully as part of a team
  • Prior experience working in the motor trade and/or customer service would be advantageous
  • Maths and English GCSE’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Organised and systematic approach to work
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Flexible approach and ability to work weekends.
