A new opportunity has opened up at our Business Development Centre based in Brighton for an advisor to join our Sales Development Team. The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer experience by generating new business, retaining existing customers and managing our customer’s telephone enquiries.

Hours:

Shift patterns are based on a 40 hour week for full time, shifts over 5 days Monday – Sunday

The job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Handle inbound, outbound calls and online enquiries professionally to ensure customer retention and promote the vehicles sales side of the business
  • To meet and exceed targets and achieve maximum profitability by generating leads for and actual sales of vehicles
  • Deposit Taking
  • Utilises knowledge and experience to maintain accurate and up to date customer information for future marketing
  • Maintains knowledge of products and services and is able to confidently assess this against competitors
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of the motor industry, new models and improvements through internal training, motor industry journals and technical magazines
  • Provides comprehensive and accurate information to customers in a clear and professional manner accurately evaluating customer needs and supplying personalised solutions
  • Plans the day continually prioritising and monitoring tasks to achieve positive results by managing time
  • Naturally builds rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs and proactively promote vehicle features and benefits to match those needs
  • Able to confidently and positively influence customers by exploring and understanding their needs and making recommendations
