In line with the growth and development of Lookers, our HR Department has recently transitioned into a strategic function with the appointment of a Group People Director and a Leadership Team focused on supporting and developing operational excellence across the entire of the business.
With this strategic objective in mind, we are looking to recruit an ER manager, that has the experience and drive to help transition our business away from a high reliance on HR for ER support to empowering our managers to be highly self-sufficient in this area.

This role will help to drive a real change to how our business operates, so to be successful in it you’ll need to be a self-starter with the resilience, strength and enthusiasm to support these positive changes. We’re also a growing HR team, so you’ll need to have the skills to build great relationship across the wider team and whole business.
When it comes to your knowledge of employment law, throughout the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland you’ll be well versed in these areas, having already worked in a position where you have managed a high volume of ER matters across these geographies.
