At Lookers we pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering the highest quality of service to all of our customers and with ambitious plans for the future; we are looking for an innovative and progressive Group Aftersales Managers to join us on our journey within Jaguar Land Rover, Battersea London.

Our aftersales service teams really are at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered so it’s crucial we take care of our customers, respond quickly and aim to get the service right first time and every time. Setting clear departmental Aftersales budgets you will lead your Service, Workshop and Parts Teams in delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Whilst optimising the full profit potential and identifying any shortfalls you will deploy innovative plans to continuously improve.

Looking after a team of circa 50, this is a unique opportunity for someone ambitious, determined to make their mark and who wants to take their career in Service or Aftersales to the next level with a forward thinking, growing organisation. You will have well-developed management and leadership skills already and the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance. You’ll ensure structure; coaching and regular appraisals to encourage a forward thinking attitude and culture which will encourage your team to achieve their full potential.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills are also essential as you will work closely with the manufacturer ensuring that franchise standards are achieved. Experience gained from within JLR would also be beneficial but is not essential.
