We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to achieve service volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the Aftersales team to be fully competent in their job roles.

We will be moving into new state of the art facilities in Colchester this year where you will have responsibility for a 15 bay workshop, 4 Service Advisors and an administrator as well as a PDI centre.

As the Service Manager, you’ll coach and lead the team with energy and passion; getting the very best from everyone ensuring our customers receives the best possible service. Our customer experience begins from the moment they book their vehicle in; to the moment they drive it away. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating and directing the team to achieve results and ensure our customers’ experience is delivered. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Maximising performance and profitability of the JLR Aftersales Department by reviewing KPI’s and analysing areas that can be improved.
  • Maintain customer service standards and ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of customer satisfaction indicators within the JLR Centre
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements and regularly review key operating controls (labour efficiency, labour sales, and cost of sales).
  • Supporting and coaching the team to deliver an industry-leading customer experience

We are looking for a dynamic individual with enthusiasm and passion to succeed. Communication and organisation are key requirements of this role, along with a strong customer service ethos and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
