Why should you use genuine Ford Parts?
Ford car owners are used to high performance quality, reliability and safety when driving their cars which is why they should use genuine Ford parts when maintaining it to ensure that the performance level stays the same as the day they bought it.
Benefits of using genuine Ford parts
Fitting: Genuine Ford parts are designed specifically for your car by the manufacturer, so they are much easier for the mechanic to fit, which saves time and money.
Testing: All Ford parts are put through a rigorous on road and off road testing process to ensure that they give customers the performance and quality assurance that they would expect from any authorised Ford product.
Warranty: All Ford parts come with a 12 month Warranty, which ensures that any parts that are defective due to manufacturer fault will be replaced with no charge by an authorized Ford dealership. This is with exception to the following parts which come with separate warranties:
- Body parts: Come with a six year/ unlimited mileage warranty subject to terms and conditions.
- Shock Absorbers, alarms, clutch assemblies and economy exhausts have a two year / unlimited mileage warranty.
- Original equipment quality exhausts, ignition leads, and batteries are all covered by a three year / unlimited mileage warranty.
If you require genuine Ford parts for your used Ford car then you can contact your local Lookers Ford dealership in Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Sheffield, South Woodham Ferrers, Subury or Witham, where our trained Ford staff will be able to supply and fit the parts you need.
