The engines are all near silent within the cabin unless revved particularly hard. The 2.2 i-DTEC engine has set the benchmark for contemporary engineering and ensures that it is Honda’s greenest engine to date, as it works by actually burning off emissions rather than passing them through the exhaust system. This method of reducing emissions is achieved by running the engine safely at extraordinary temperatures, which also increases its efficiency within fuel economy, power and refinement.
