Honda dealers have been recognised for the quality of their service by taking second place in this year’s Auto Express Driver Power Survey. The manufacturer’s network of showrooms and service centres climbed two places over the previous year’s result, and were highlighted for their success in a number of areas.

The leading motoring publication surveyed over 50,000 of its readers and website visitors on their dealer experiences, asking them to rate performance in seven categories. Honda scored consistently in each, and triumphed with an overall score of 89.8 percent. The brand’s dealers were commended for their attitude and helpfulness, as well as their technical knowledge, efficiency and friendliness.

Overall, Honda owners are “more pleased than ever” according to the survey, and the carmaker’s head of dealer development in the UK Phil Webb had high praise for its sites. “Our loyal network of Honda dealers continue to strive for professional excellence not just on the showroom floor, but with every aspect of their dealership” he commented.

“These results are testament to the professionalism of our dealers and staff and their positive attitude and willingness has contributed greatly to driving our dealer network forward.”

As a major dealer with sites in Bexleyheath, Derby and Nottingham, Lookers is thrilled to contribute to this continued satisfaction from Honda motorists. For your next new or used vehicle and dedicated aftersales, contact your nearest site for recognised quality service.
