Hyundai has a number of innovative safety features besides the six airbags that form a protective zone around all the occupants. The i30 has a series of active safety monitoring systems that assist the driver and vehicle in road and weather conditions that are difficult to navigate. The Vehicle Stability Management system addresses lack of traction whilst the Electronic Stability Programme works independently to each wheel, carefully assessing the level of grip to adjust power or automatically apply the brake to one or more wheels as necessary.
The Hyundai i30 also has a superb safety innovation designed to reduce the incidence of rear-end impact. When braking sharply for any incidence of emergency, the brake lights will flash as a warning to other drivers that there is cause for an emergency manoeuvre. If the car comes to a complete standstill in such circumstance, the hazard warning lights are automatically activated to provide other drivers with the earliest possible indication that there is a hazard ahead. With an additional safety feature that stops the Hyundai i30 from rolling backwards on steep inclines, Hyundai really has got all safety aspects covered.
Available in 5 different trims the new Hyundai i30 will include voice activated bluetooth, one touch indicators, LED running lights and heated wing mirrors as standard.
