If the vehicle has exceeded the allowed mileage a charge per excess mile will apply. In this example 14p plus VAT per excess mile up to 4,999, or for excess mileage of 5,000 or more, a charge of 28p plus VAT will apply to each excess mile above the allowed mileage. If the vehicle is in good condition and has not exceeded the allowed mileage you will have nothing further to pay, (2) pay the Final Payment to own the vehicle or (3) part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status. This promotion applies to selected eligible Jaguar vehicles purchased between 01/01/17 and 31/03/17 with Jaguar Financial Services. The 2 year free Service Plan is administered by EMaC Limited, on behalf of Jaguar Financial Services. Services must take place at Lookers Jaguar retailers. The 'Service Plan Card' should be presented to the Retailer at the time you take your car in for a service in order to qualify. Free servicing covers scheduled servicing and associated parts (oils, hydraulic fluids, seals, filters, elements and antifreeze) and labour; to meet Jaguar recommended servicing. Both services must be claimed within 26 months or 32,000 miles, whichever is soonest. Scheduled servicing intervals are detailed in the vehicle service and warranty book. Excludes wear and tear items such as shock absorbers, exhaust systems, tyres, windscreens, windows, engines, transmissions, electronics, cost of fitting or repairing accessories and any form of accident damage and non-routine servicing work, parts or labour. The Service Plan is not a warranty package. The Service Plan attaches to the vehicle and therefore will transfer to any subsequent owners of the vehicle by informing EMaC Limited in writing. It is not transferable to another vehicle, whether owned by the customer or someone else. If the customer withdraws from the finance agreement or it is settled in full, terminated or cancelled, within the first 6 months the Service Plan will then terminate and no outstanding services can be redeemed.
