The New Lexus CT200h F-Sport
28th October 2011
The first luxury compact hybrid car released by Lexus earlier this year was the CT200h. Now Lexus have revised this model to make a new Lexus CT200h F-Sport with better handling and even more stylish. An important change to the model is the suspension as it has been adapted to give a better drive.
Other changes include coil springs being changed and standard Showa shock absorbers being replaced by Kayaba dampers which are to provide a more sports-orientated drive.
The exterior has been tweaked by having 17-inch alloys, flared side skirts, a mesh front grille, a large rear spoiler and a new bumper. The interior has also been given a sportier look with aluminium pedals and scuff plates.
In addition to the above the CT200h F-Sport also has additional features such as, cruise control, black leather upholstery, heated seats, auto-dimming, rear parking camera and electric retracting door mirrors. Including options for HDD navigation combined with Remote Touch control, 10 speaker audio packages, front and rear parking sensors and a sunroof.
The F-Sport is similar to the other CT200h cars with a transverse mounted 1.8 litre four cylinder petrol engine creating up to 98bhp. CO2 emissions are only 94g/km so exempt from road tax and according to manufacturer’s it is capable of 68.9mpg.
The new Lexus CT200h F-Sport is available to order for deliveries in January with prices ranging from £27,850. Contact your local Lookers Lexus to find out further information.
