Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.

Return your Mercedes-Benz

Without the unwanted fees

Lookers Mercedes-Benz offers a vase range of finance products for its customers and some of these options offer you lower monthly payments by giving you the option to return your Mercedes-Benz at the end of your agreement. Once you have returned your Mercedes-Benz to us we will check it for damage and ensure all required maintenance and servicing has been carried out as it should be. This process is called De-Fleet.

Hopefully you would have received a letter, along with a Return Advice Sheet, this check-list will be what you need to read before returning your Mercedes-Benz to us and avoid any unwanted fees. You will receive a call from us just before the date of the end of your agreement to arrange collection of the vehicle and carry out an inspection to make sure it meets our Vehicle Return Standards.
