Overall customer satisfaction with dealer service, which is based solely on the first three years of ownership, averages 761 in the premium brand segment in 2016, the same as in 2015."
Mercedes-Benz are pleased to announce that they have received the highest ranks among premium brands at the 2016 J.D. Power Awards with a score of 774, an 18 point improvement since 2015. Mercedes-Benz is followed by Land Rover, 773 and Audi who scores 761.
