Benefits of using an Official Mercedes-Benz Workshop
Using an Official Mercedes-Benz Workshop, with trained technicians who meet stringent quality assurance tests, ensures your Mercedes-Benz car is serviced to exacting standards. By using official Mercedes-Benz parts and testing equipment specifically designed by Mercedes-Benz, a service at an approved service centre provides a more efficient and effective service and helps maintain the safety and performance of your car.
The benefits over a Non-Approved Service Centre are:
- Fixed Price servicing and repairs – no hidden costs
- We only use Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts (which carry a 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty)
- Manufacturers stamp in the service book – can add up to £1500 on resale value.
- Most retailers will now not buy back vehicles without manufacturers FSH, even non-franchise. Remember; no stamp = no mobility package (worth £75 a year- saving the cost of AA, RAC, Green flag etc) No stamp = No 30 year bodywork warranty.
- We carry out free 45-point health checks on every visit
- Complimentary service measure updates such as software upgrades
- We offer free Mercedes-Benz loan cars – customer only needs to insure (we even offer that cheaply)
- We offer collection and delivery – free of charge within 30 minutes drive time
- Only we can carry out recalls and service actions

This is valid on Mercedes-Benz vehicles registered between 1st January 2004 and 31st March 2008. It provides cover 24/7, at home or on the road, wherever you are in the UK. This cover also includes:
- The cost of labour and small parts of a repair that can be completed at the roadside. (Excludes cost of batteries out of warranty period, tyres, keys and fluids)
- Towing to nearest Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop
- Taxi costs up to £45
- Replacement vehicle for duration of repair up to 5 days
- Train/plane fare. If your journey is continuing you will be reimbursed up to a maximum value of £280 per person for you and your passengers.
- Hotel accommodation. If same day repair isn’t possible and you need to remain in the area to wait for your car, you and your passengers will receive hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis for up to 5 working nights.
