Your advantages.

Assistance wherever you are. Whether your smart breaks down at roadside, home, or work, we’ll come to you wherever you are.

On-the-spot repairs. If the required repair is a minor one, and can be completed at the roadside, we will cover the cost of labour and small part. This excludes batteries (unless covered by warranty)/tyres/keys/fluids.

Recovery. If required, we will organise and cover the cost of towing your car to the local smart Retailer, or an alternative smart Retailer of your choice (within a radius of 30 miles) of the breakdown location).

Replacement travel. To help you on your journey, we’ll cover the cost of a taxi or public transport. If your journey requires train or plane travel, we’ll cover the cost for return flight or train travel for the driver and passengers as an alternative to a replacement car.

Replacement car. If we can’t get your smart back on the road immediately, we’ll provide you with a replacement car for the duration of your repair, up to three working days.

Hotel accommodation. If you prefer to stay locally, we’ll cover the cost of bed and breakfast accommodation for the driver and passengers while the repairs are carried out, up to three working days.

Vehicle repatriation. If you breakdown far from home, we will arrange to take your car back to your local smart Retailer if the repair cannot be completed within 3 working days.

Vehicle drop-off. If you breakdown locally, once the repair is complete, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return of your car, to your home, within a 30 mile radius of the smart Retailer.

Customer assistance. Whenever and wherever you are, our Roadside Assistance team are here for you - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the UK or Europe.
