The new ‘Volvo service promise’ assures customers of quality and value for money as well as giving them peace of mind.  The Volvo service is available on vehicles of all ages and comes included with the following benefits….

• Personal Service Contact:  The service will be as personal as possible, with the customer dealing with the same member of (whenever possible) throughout the whole servicing process.

• Software Upgrade (Only applicable to specific models) : Your car will be updated with the latest upgrades available from Volvo.

• Car Health Check: All cars are put through a multi-point inspection which covers 29 different areas, with any issues being discussed with the customer.

• Mobility Solution: A fantastic new benefit helping the customer to carry on with their day as they normally would by offering them either a courtesy car, train ticket, taxi voucher or even a courtesy bike whilst their car is being serviced.

• Roadside Assistance:  This benefit is worth £99 as a stand alone package but comes free as part of the Volvo Service Promise. Customers receive roadside assistance for a year.

• Car Valet: The inside and exterior of the car will receive a thorough clean before it is returned to the customer.
