On all vehicles over 3 years old, all Volvo manufacturers scheduled services carried out at Lookers Volvo will qualify for the service promises.
On top of the expertise of our fully factory-trained technicians, and at no additional charge, 'Volvo Service Promise' customer will receive:
Mobility Solution - You will be offered onward transport to minimise disruption to your day. With the offering of a courtesy lift on your onward journey or a courtesy car. Subject to appointment.
Volvo Roadside Assistance - You will receive a complimentary one year / unlimited mileage Volvo Assistance package. This package mirrors the normal Volvo roadside assistance programme, alone worth from £99 if purchased separately.
Personal Service Representative - During the booking in, update and handover stage, you will whenever possible, liaise with the same member of Lookers staff, giving a personal level of service designed around your needs.
Vehicle Health Check - The vehicle will undergo a 29 point inspection with any items found being highlighted to the you.
Vehicle Software Upgrade (applicable to certain models) - Your vehicle will receive a software update to ensure it is running at optimum performance with the latest upgrades from Volvo. In addition, any oustanding or current Volvo recalls will also be completed.
Car Clean - The exterior of the vehicle will be washed and the inside vacuumed.
