You’ll find a warm non-contact greeting as you enter the dealership and your visit is made as easy and safe as possible for aftersales appointments. Face coverings are now mandatory by law in retail outlets across the UK. We kindly ask that all customers visiting our showrooms wear a face covering* and we’re happy to provide one for you to wear during your visit.

You’ll find hand sanitising products at several points around the dealerships and our people will prompt you to sanitise when necessary. Be reassured that we have also introduced a ‘safe system’ of stringent hygiene protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures throughout all our premises.

When you collect the keys for your newly purchased car it will be fitted with steering wheel and gear knob covers.

Our showrooms and external sales forecourts will be closed to the public. However, we will remain open digitally with our Click & Drive online sales experience which is available 24/7 from the comfort of your own home. Customers will still be able to collect any vehicle which has been purchased throughout the lockdown from our dealerships. Vehicle handovers will take place from a COVID safe area to ensure both colleague and customer safety.

Yes, our showrooms are fully open. We are also available remotely for any queries.
Yes, we can facilitate unaccompanied test drives (insurance T&Cs will apply - please speak to our team about this), our vehicles will be cleaned before and after each test drive and PPE will be available should you wish.
All vehicles will receive a clean air antibacterial treatment. After the treatment is complete all that is left is a clean and fresh environment which is 99.9% germ and bacteria free. The coating dries in a few minutes and is self-cleaning. The treatment does not leave behind any residue or tackiness and has no scent at all. In fact, unpleasant odours such as from tobacco and food will disappear as the coating breaks down the contaminants and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the vehicle including formaldehydes, Sulphur’s, ethylene and ammonias. The treatment is non-toxic and environmentally safe. It has no harmful effect on humans and pets and coating does not penetrate the skin barrier.
