Lookers Nissan & Hyundai Motherwell dealership closed from Sunday 30th September

Please be assured that this was not a decision we took lightly. Although we took every measure we could to remain part of the community, unfortunately we had to resort to our final option of closure and we longer operate from this site.


We have listed below details of what steps you should take depending on your circumstances.

If you bought your car from new and it is currently still under warranty

We appreciate that you may have concerns regarding warranties and other services on your vehicle but we can assure you that valid warranty and service care work can be undertaken at any local Nissan or Hyundaidealership. Please see the map below for your nearest dealerships.




If you have Nissan or Lookers service plan…

Your Service Plan policy with Lookers Nissan or Hyundai Motherwell is administrated by EMaC Limited. EMaC will be terminating your agreement within the next 28 days from 30th September, therefore any outstanding balance owed to you will be refunded into the bank account they hold on file or as a Cheque.

Lookers and EMaC would like to make this process as simple as possible and that you also do not suffer any financial loss due to the closure, consequently, we will not be charging a “Cancellation Fee” as per your Terms and Conditions on this occasion. Once your cancellation has been processed by EMaC further correspondence will be issued informing you of the refund amount.

If you have a Hyundai manufacturer service plan…

Your EMaC Service Plan for your Hyundai Vehicle will be transferred to;

Alternatively, should you wish to receive a refund for your EMaC Service Plan balance please send an email request to EMaC’s cancellation team at cancel@emac.co.uk. The team can also be contacted by telephone directly on 01270 505050 -Option 1, Option 3.


Motability customers (in warranty)

We appreciate that you may have concerns regarding warranties and other services on your Motability vehicle but we can assure you that valid warranty and service care work can be undertaken at any Motability accredited Nissan or Hyundai dealership.

For trade, part and fleet customers

Warranty, service care and parts will be available from at any local Nissan & Hyundai dealership, where your car is under warranty. Please see the map below for your nearest dealerships.
