Roadside Assistance

Mercedes-Benz understands that your vehicle is your livelihood and keeps your business running, which is why we offer Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance. We'll provide fast and effective assistance at the roadside should your vehicle fail to start or can no longer continue on its journey.

If it happens to be that your vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, Mercedes-Benz will recover you to the closest Mercedes-Benz retailer and provide you with a like-for-like replacement Chauffeur-licensed vehicle*

Tracker Plus for Mercedes-Benz

When you purchase one of our service and maintenance plans, we will provide you with a ‘Tracker Plus for Mercedes-Benz’ unit* for free. You will have peace of mind that if your car is stolen the TRACKER command centre will immediately notify the Police who are enabled to directly link in to your vehicle with VHF technology.

Enhanced Mobility

We will provide a replacement Chauffeur-licensed vehicle for a maximum of five days if yours is driven into a Mercedes-Benz Retailer for any of the following reasons:

  • Satellite navigation not working
  • Gearbox issues
  • Engine management light on
  • Air conditioning not working
  • Chauffeur Insurance

    At Mercedes-Benz we understand that your vehicle is paramount to your business. Chauffeur Insurance can be arranged by Mercedes-Benz and is designed for professional drivers, ensuring you can enjoy worry free driving.

    If in the unfortunate event your vehicle is disabled following and accident for example, Mercedes-Benz will pay to have it recovered to the nearest approved repairer, as well as the reasonable costs of delivering it back you.
