Do not buy a used car from lookers colchester! Has a years warranty which counts for nothing! Expect me to pay for a problem that the car clearly had before I purchased it. avoid at all costs!! apparently I should expect problems with a used car that I paid £12000 for and only done 42000 miles! I've only owned it 7 months!

Poor customer service following work done under warranty. Work not completed as requested despite having the vehicle for over a week. Car not cleaned as informed it would be. Service department very hard to get hold of. Raised a complaint as advised to do so but still nothing back from them.

We received a great service from Eser during the purchase of a brand new Volvo however two weeks after having the car we noticed that the spare key didn’t work even with switching the batteries round. Unfortunately we have had to book the car in, with the earliest appointment being 6 weeks away for them to assess the problem. Not sure why we can’t just bring it in and for them to look at it or try and issue a new key? Disappointingly, this issue should have been picked up before handover but is now causing an inconvenience and a morning spent sat at the Volvo dealership.
