Inspired by MacAskill
A journey fit for a giant
Two legends in entirely different fields, yet equally impressive, are the inspiration behind this road trip. Back in 1825, Angus MacAskill entered the world. Born on the Isle of Berneray, Angus quickly gained fame for being the world’s tallest non-pathological giant, standing at an astounding 7ft 9in. A museum dedicated to the giant sits on the Isle of Skye which, interestingly, also plays home to a certain Danny MacAskill who, thanks to his incredible ability on a trials bike, burst onto the scene in 2010 and took the YouTube world by storm.
