I’ve got my last five cars from here and it’s always a pleasure. Their customer service is on another level and using their office when I have my service is really lovely too. Honestly, if you ever get a chance to buy a car from Dan Deller, you’ll be in the hands of someone phenomenally capable and a genuinely lovely person. You may end up buying a few cars off him after a while. Honestly, it’s the best customer experience I’ve ever had when it comes to buying a car.

Terrible Service - Waste of Time and Money in my case. I am extremely disappointed with the communication at this dealership. I left my car for a diagnostic check, but the promised callbacks never happened.Because of their silence, I had to call repeatedly and eventually travel there twice next day to collect the cat. Due to TfL strikes and waiting for their call, I had to rush before closing time. This cost me 6 hours of travel, expensive taxi fares, and half a day off work.To make things worse, they promised to call on Monday to reschedule. No one called, and absolutely nothing was fixed.

Had my car booked in for a service and MOT having bought it there a year ago. Great customer service and clear communication throughout from Andy in Servicing. He even rang me to apologize that he wouldn't be there when I was picking up my car as he was dropping off another customers car and he ensured everything was straightforward with pick up.

Excellent service, I do trust Lookers Battersea . I just wish they would collect your car from SW6 and bring it back .

Great service from start to finish from a great team at Belfast. I purchased a Yamah mt09sp as a second bike as I'm finding my bmw k1200rs is becoming a bit heavy. I was sent a personal walk round video of the bike I was looking at and no pressure opportunity to go down to Belfast and view it in an appointment slot just for me . !!! The bike was ready to take home the next day and I had a great meeting with James who talked ne through the various nobs and settings prior to my 74 mile ride home. I felt I had a great deal for my cash purchase with a warranty and roadside assistance and free mots if I service my bike at charles hurst. I have been to all the motorcycle dealers in Northern ireland recently looking for a lighter bike and would definitely put Charles hurst at the top of my list of dealers that seem interested. Well done to the team at charles hurst.
