I am very pleased with the service I received from Rihanna when purchasing my very first car on finance. She reassured me throughout the whole process and helped me understand everything clearly. She explained everything very well and took the time to show me how to use and operate the car. I had a couple of stone chip marks on the vehicle, and one of the buttons wasn’t working properly due to being a used car. However, Rihanna made sure everything was sorted as quickly as possible. She was extremely professional and, most importantly, such a lovely, caring and down to earth person. Rihanna is currently based at the Maidstone branch, although I believe she may be moving to the Gatwick branch. If you’re ever thinking about getting a new Mercedes, I would highly recommend asking to speak with Rihanna Adil. She’s honestly the best and made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable!

I chose an Audi dealership because I expected a premium level of service. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. My first visit was for a routine oil service. When I collected the car, there was excess oil left on the engine cover, and the service reminder in the MMI hadn't been reset, so I had to do it myself. That's not what I would expect after paying an eye watering £400 for a simple routine oil service. My most recent visit was no better. A software update took two days to complete, yet my RS3 was returned with over 25 additional miles on the odometer.... I struggle to understand why that amount of road testing was necessary for a software update, and no satisfactory explanation was provided. Communication throughout was poor. It was extremely difficult to get through to the service department for updates, and I often found myself chasing information rather than being kept informed. The courtesy car was also disappointing. It was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which is not what I would expect from an Audi dealership. Before leaving this review, I followed the dealership's own request to reply if I was unable to award five stars. I responded to the aftercare text message, explained my concerns, requested the promised feedback link, and later contacted the dealership again when the software update had not resolved the issue. Unfortunately, I received no response. Overall, these experiences have left me with very little confidence in the level of workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, I feel I have little practical choice but to continue using this dealership while my vehicle remains under warranty as its the only one nearby. I genuinely hope standards improve, because I would much rather be able to leave a positive review.

Staff problems led to some delays and miscommunication but overall the dalays did not bother me.to someone who has limited time it could be a problem. cannot be helped; all well for me.

John was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the handover, had all the information we required, was never pushy with anything and allowed us to freely look round and test drive the vehicle, all preparation was done and communicated quickly leading to a fast turnaround for my c class, especially helpful as I was coming from over 3 hours away to collect. Very happy with my experience.
