The new Nissan Pulsar has been awarded a five-star rating by independent testing organisation EuroNCAP; just weeks after the popular Nissan Qashqai and Nissan X-Trail were also awarded top marks. The Nissan Pulsar was awarded for its new innovative safety features such the Around View Monitor which allows drivers to have a digital co-pilot telling them of anything that may be approaching the car from outside. The Nissan Pulsar also includes Forward Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning and highly-efficient LED headlamps.
The Euro NCAP crash test report found that the Pulsar scored highly on its strength, leg and femur protection, as well as being praised for the protection levels on pedestrian impact. When it came to Child Protection the Pulsar scored maximum points in the 18 month old dummy test, making it safe for adults, children, pedestrians and fellow motorists.
The Euro NCAP score shows Nissans commitment to being a highly trusted brand that provides some of the safest and most reliable cars on the market.
