I am very very disappointed at this dealership and with JLR due to the lack of professionalism and respect they give to their customers. I had left a refundable deposit for a brand new car last month but due to change of circumstances I requested a refund. I was told that this would be refunded with in 5 working days and now it has been over 3 weeks without any email, update or communication. This is very poor for a large car dealership and for a 'luxury' brand. I found this process very disappointing and was unable to speak to anyone with authority. The managers are either always unavailable or 'in a meeting'. Well done Lookers for losing another customer.

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I have received from JLR West London. For almost two months, I have been trying to speak to someone regarding a refund, and despite countless phone calls, voicemails, and emails to the manager, I have not received a single response from any manager or member of senior staff. Each time I contact the dealership, I am assured that someone will call me back, yet no one ever does. This repeated failure to follow up demonstrates a complete disregard for customers and a total lack of professionalism. My issue has not been acknowledged, let alone resolved, and the silence from your management team is unacceptable. For a brand that claims to represent excellence and customer care, this experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. I expected far better from a company of this calibre. I strongly urge anyone considering dealing with JLR West London to think twice, as once they have your money, getting any form of communication or accountability appears impossible.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque Autobiography from Lookers and it was a great experience from start to finish. Having not changed my car in over a decade (!) it was a big decision for me to make and William made me feel comfortable to ask all the questions I wanted, he didn't make feel pressured into a decision at all or within a certain time-frame and he weighed up different options for me so I could compare the models, specifications and prices. The car has been fantastic so far and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to William and the team for making it such an enjoyable experience and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Awful customer service and attitude from management. Turned up for a safety recall last week. Started the booking in process , to then be told no courtesy cars were available (after being there 20 minutes!). A courtesy call was given to me the afternoon before to confirm the booking and to confirm the courtesy car, so if there was an issue with availability, a heads up would of been great at this time to save us a journey and we would of been happy to reschedule! We were told it was due to 4 customers not returning courtesy cars the day before (which we find hard to believe!) and if it is true, then Land Rover have an issue with implementing boundaries with their customers. In addition, if you were approaching closing time and courtesy cars weren't returned , why weren’t customers needing one the next day notified? Seems suspicious. This was a wasted 2 hour round trip and after asking to speak to management, it was dismissed, and we were greeted with an unfriendly and unapologetic Brian. The lack of courtesy cars wasn’t the issue, the attitude of the management, waste of the journey and our time and poor communication is what’s most irritating.
Avoid avoid they don’t even know anything about electrical at all they have been charged me 2k and couldn’t even find the issue stay away from this people they are proper scammers
