Purchased a Defender 90 HSE with 18,000 miles on the clock, it was a bit rushed as we approached the end of August deadline, and the vehicle was eventually delivered on Friday 5th September dirty, over 4 hours late, interior trim loose and with 19,000 miles on the clock. I spoke to the salesman and emailed him, I was told my complaint was with the manager and now, over a month later I have still not received an explanation. I would also add that in the past when I have purchased a Land Rover or Jaguar there is usually a small thank you gift such as thermal cups, a Land Rover rucksack, umbrella, bunch of flowers or such like as a thank you. There is none of this from Lookers West London. My advice to anyone buying a car from here would be to go somewhere else where you are valued. After driving the car for a few months the trim by passenger side fron wheel has dropped off and the rim on the drivers side back wheel has started to drop flakes of black paint to reveal grey trim underneath. despite phone calls and emails Lookers will not engage with me, only give me the email address of their complaints department who equally do not respond to emails or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very appreciative, within a few days of a warning light flashing on the dashboard of my Defender, Lookers were able to inspect and fix the car under warranty and get me back on the road. Thanks for the reliable service, couldn’t ask for more!

I’ve have been experiencing several significant and recurring issues with my I Pace since I took ownership of our family car since January 2023 and have been let down by several JLR dealerships, however, I was delighted to come across Lookers West London JLR. Fouzi and his team like Wayne Hamilton represent what Jaguar epitomises, luxury, classy and exceptionally consistent customer service always going beyond for their customers! I had the need to use Lookers in Bucks to sort out a warning light that had come on; to be honest I was expecting to have to go somewhere else, but they took the job on in the morning and was done late afternoon; BRILLIANT!!! They even managed the warranty claim for me; excellent service from the whole team. Thank you!! Also, I couldn't help read some of the recent reviews as mine got published and noticed some recent negative reviews, they must be spam; they are not reflective of Lookers Buckinghamshire at all; come on Google, you can do better!!

I recently had my Range Rover Sport serviced at Land Rover Buckinghamshire, and I’m genuinely impressed by the outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—nothing was too much trouble, and they made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. They kept me well-informed throughout the service, explaining what was being done and making sure I was comfortable with every step. It’s rare to come across such a high level of customer care, and it really stood out. The quality of the service itself was exceptional. My Range Rover Sport is running beautifully, and I left with full confidence that everything had been done to the highest standard. The dealership itself is also extremely well-run, efficient, organised, and welcoming. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a real priority for the team at Land Rover Buckinghamshire. Highly recommend to anyone looking for premium service and a team that truly takes pride in what they do. 2nd Review after recent visit ----- I don’t often write follow-up reviews, but I have to comment on the excellent service I’ve received at Land Rover Aylesbury. I have purchased over four cars from them over the past 10 years—initially from their previous dealership in Chipperfield and more recently from their current location in Aylesbury. My last purchase was a Range Rover Sport SV, and I have to say the team deserves very special thanks for their outstanding service and customer care, especially Kirk Gill, Paul Carter and Riaz. Recently, my car was booked in for a service with a quote agreed beforehand. While my car was in the service department, they called to inform me that the service cost would actually be lower than the initial quote due to the actual work that needed to be carried out. I thought this was very honest of them and was delighted when my car was returned after the service. I have recommended several friends who have bought cars from this dealership, and they are also very impressed with the staff and the overall experience.

I recently purchased my second Evoque through Lookers Aylesbury and the customer service I received from their salesman Sean was outstanding. As an elderly woman who takes longer to process information (!!!) he was patient and took the time to go through all the paperwork, answer my queries and explain and set up my media etc., so I felt confident driving away from the showroom. Thanks Sean I absolutely love my new car.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Lookers! After dealing with delays elsewhere on a new Defender, I contacted Riaz, who went above and beyond to secure a cancelled order that matched my perfect spec. The communication was brilliant throughout — smooth paperwork and regular updates every couple of days on the vehicle’s journey from the factory to the dealership. The follow-up after delivery was a great touch, making sure I was fully happy with everything. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
