I recently brought my car in for its 4 year service at this dealer, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The workmanship was remarkably sloppy. The service indicators were never reset, and the technicians failed to reinstall the plastic retaining clips. This left loose panels and fasteners hanging freely in the engine compartment. Attempting to resolve this has been impossible: 1) Unhelpful Phone Support: When I called, they simply told me to bring the car back in myself, offering no real accommodation for their own poor workmanship. 2) Blocked Communication: My complaint emails to the service colleage and main Lookers email keep bouncing back as spam. I filled out the online contact form but received zero response. I even made a separate new car enquiry and cannot reply to the sales team's emails due to the exact same spam-filter issue. 3) Poor Service Experience: Courtesy car appointments are completely unavailable for months and the dealership is in the middle of nowhere so no transport back unless you drive another car or take a taxi back to Aylesbury. I was locked into this dealer network via a service plan, otherwise I would not have booked the car with them. I've had far better experience with the dealer for my main car and dealers in Oxford. 1 out of 5 star unfortunately.

I had a good experience buying my Approved Used Discovery Sport through Lookers Land Rover, in Bishop’s Stortford. My sales exec Dee was really nice, super laid back and made the whole experience easy. I was a distance buyer and had to travel to collect my car. Dee kindly picked us up from the airport. He had the car ready in the show room and made me feel really comfortable. There was an issue with an advisory on the MOT, there was work needing done. We quickly came to an agreement that allowed me to visit Land Rover closer to home and have the work carried out. Would definitely deal with Dee again. Thank you for your 5 star service!

Just visiting the UK, and the headlamp bulb of my swiss 2012 Range Rover blew. Contacted other main dealers.. had to wait 2 weeks.. Lookers said drop it here, we'll fit it in. They fixed it in 15 mins and I only had to pay for the bulb. Super service.. would recommend buying your car here.. your sure to get support when you need it.

Overall, I have received good service from the service team. There is a long wait for a courtesy car, but i guess that's the only thing I can complain about. Everytime the car has been, all work has been completed to my satisfaction and the car has always be valeted too. The service advisors have all been really good, very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us updated regarding progress of the repairs.
