My Defender was left in for a 2 year service and warranty work to the trim around my front mud flaps. My service was carried out at 17303 miles. Today the mileage is 17347. It was only today when getting ready for along trip I checked the oil. which is quite black. I checked the invoice and it has been changed. When checking the bill I noted screen wash at 8.73 plus VAT. I'd filled my water bottle a few days before. There's no screen wash in it! You also charged me for a new battery in my key that I had replaced a few weeks earlier. These are minor things I know. However the car had been booked in for 2 days to sort out the service and trim as the customer service manger and worship manger were very helpful and agreed it didn't look right. I was delighted when by lunchtime on the day I left it in I had a phone call to say the service was completed. I asked about trim and the guy said the workshop would look at it. I picked the car up at 4pm, they said they tried to fit a clip, however a week later the gaps are as bad and the trim is loose. I only done 40 miles since the service.
Generally not a great experience following late cancellation by the dealership, of a pre-booked loan vehicle. Tom stood out as an exceptional and helpful member of staff with a detailed debrief of the servicing carried out, over a welcome coffee!
Posting again. My car has been in there for two weeks. Fella called Shad is apparently looking after it. No one calls me back and they never answer any phonesZ the worst main dealer experience of my life. Avoid buying or servicing with these guys. Absolute circus

The salesman was great but the dealership in terms of process is seriously poor - delays in payment of an owed rebate, the showroom looks great but the backend service is not good enough - not sure if this is a Lookers problem or just a general lack of care/standards applied by JLR
I recently purchased a Land Rover Defender 110 HSE D300 from Lookers and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Omar in sales was absolutely brilliant — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the product. He took the time to walk me through every detail of the car, got the answers to all my questions, and made the whole process completely stress-free. There was no pushy sales tactics, just honest and helpful advice throughout. Collecting the car was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be happier with my Defender. If you're thinking about buying from Lookers, ask for Omar — you won't be disappointed. Now I just need the Defender to hold up its end of the bargain — fingers crossed it spends more time on the road than it does at the garage! Five stars without hesitation.
Really poor experience at Lookers West London. I was ignored for days and my calls/emails went unanswered. When I did get responses from Wayne Hamilton, Service Reception Manager, and Vito Lepore, Head of Aftersales, the attitude was arrogant and dismissive with no real updates or accountability. For a premium brand like Range Rover, this after-sales service is completely unprofessional. I cannot recommend Range Rover based on this experience. If customer care matters to you after buying, look elsewhere.
