Awful customer service. Never call you back. Don’t want to help unless you ensure you always go to them for a service. Even on emails they are awful. I would recommend going somewhere else for a service if you can find someone or you are stuck with them.
Friendly service, knowledgeable staff but car got scraped when in for a service. They've accepted it and will be fixed by their Carsmetic department at their expense so its not the end of the world, annoying but there's bigger problems in the world.
Very disappointing aftersales/ servicing experience with Land Rover / Lookers. Main concerns: 1) Lack of attention to detail during servicing and vehicle checks 2) Vehicle returned after 5 days as “fully fixedâ€, only to break down again the next day — resulting in roadside assistance/ impacting my holiday trip 3) Multiple issues started within weeks/month of purchase (battery faults, airbag recalls, software update problems) 4) Extremely long waits for courtesy cars and appointments (3-6 months wait time for curtesy cars as they say on calls) 5) Cars returned post-service without even being washed 6) Poorly trained call centre staff providing inconsistent and inaccurate information (saying no guest wait rooms unless booked, not to drive the car due to airbag recall due to insurance being voided) 7) No email address to make official complaints on site (only contact option is by calls and hoping for the best for someone to route the call and if they are available 8) Scheduled appointments getting cancelled day before (booked airbag recall refitting for March (after 2 months of waiting) for it to get cancelled a day before and having to wait another 2 months (and that was through my own persistence calling up to get it re-booked) 9) Guest areas/ lobbies look very out-dated (not aligned to a "luxury experience") 10) Called over 10 times today to get a status of my car situation before my upcoming roadtrip and was not able to connect to a single person in service/ management or anyone by reception - never seen a business that is so un-organised and blatantly ignores customers. The vehicle itself is great when working properly, but the after-sales support and customer experience unfortunately do not reflect what you would expect from a premium luxury brand.
Shocking service. I had a service booked for today, meant to be collecting car at 9 but with leeway for 2 hours. 12.30 nothing, contacted Lease company who had arranged the service, they spoke to the dealership and asked service manager Steven to call me back. No call received. I then rang them myself, call centre in Newcastle, they contacted the dealership and I was told it was too late for them to service my car now, they spoke to Steven (service manager) and he was again asked to call me back to get car booked in. Now 5.30 pm and STILL no call back! Appalling service from supposedly a main dealer!
I've been a customer for the past 15 years and purchased 10 vehicles including Range Rovers, Defenders, Velar, & Evoque. My recent experience with the service department was by far my worst. My Defender went in for a parking sensor repair. 3 weeks later I'm told that the staff member looking after me had left and nothing had been progressed. 2 weeks later, getting an call back seemed to be an impossible request. Eventually got the car back after more than 5 weeks. Sat waiting in the service department for nearly an hour for them to get the invoice and keys only for them to try to over charge me. Eventually resolved but what an absolute shambles. Not looking forward to getting my OCTA and RRS through the their next services.
Service slow and incompetent. Weeks to complete a basic repair, no updates, no accountability. This dealership has gone down tremendously in the last 10 years.
Andrei was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We live in the North of Scotland so clear communication with plenty photos and videos was required and this was exactly what we got. Smooth transaction for collecting our car. Highly recommend.
