Had a great experience buying my new car, such an easy smooth purchase, compared to experiences before, the staff were friendly and very welcoming! Especially John who helped through the way, answering any questions i had, he made the purchase so smooth and easy, I felt confident and happy leaving with my new car!

Absolutely terrible and totally unprofessional company. Stay well clear if your looking for good customer service and a good used car. Even scrapyards will have better cars for sale than lookers. FACT. Lookers were not happy to help and totally abandoned me as their customer.

I contacted this dealership regarding a Škoda Kodiaq VRS and spoke with someone called Ish on two separate occasions. During the first call, I was told an email would be sent, but I never received anything. During the second call, I was promised a call back, which also never happened. I’m genuinely surprised that a sales team would show so little interest in a customer who was ready to buy. In contrast, I visited Škoda West Sussex on Saturday and received excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping. We agreed a deal today and I have now paid my deposit. Guildford should consider sending their sales team to West Sussex to see how customer service and vehicle sales should be done.

It was really good everything was well explained

Such poor service from a so called respectable company. Booked in my car for a service 3 weeks ago and got quoted a figure, I asked 3 times if it was correct and said yes 3 times. I asked for it in wiring and was told it’s on the system for when I come in. A day before they called and said it was now 50% more. I refused as I clearly mentioned my conversation with the booker. I asked her honour the price and she said No. This is the second time it’s happened. They give you a competitive quote to hook you in and then increase. Disgraceful behaviour. Now booked in at another VW garage cheaper than their re quote. We were going to look at a buying car for my daughter, I think I will go elsewhere. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Servicing department could be better with notifying people of what is happening with their car, have been told 4 times now I would be phoned back and I've received nothing.
