The client must take out a new JLRFS finance contract (any finance type, including Contract Hire) and the client name must match between the previous and the new finance agreements.
To qualify for JLRFS Renewal Support Programme, clients must have an existing JLRFS finance contract (any JLR model and any finance type, including Contract Hire), or have previously held a JLRFS finance contract which was early settled or naturally matured during 2026; all non-branded Black Horse finance contracts are excluded (including where the vehicle is a JLR product), as are any OEM-branded finance contracts underwritten by Black Horse.
With Land Rover Personal Contract Purchase you have the option at the end of the agreement to: (1) return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the permitted maximum mileage a charge per excess mile will apply. If the vehicle is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and has not exceeded the permitted maximum mileage you will have nothing further to pay. (2) pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (3) part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status.
