Safety whilst on the road is our top priority. We ensure that all vehicles visiting a Lookers Dealership throughout the UK receive a complimentary Vehicle Health Check.


What’s included in a Complimentary Vehicle Health Check?

A Vehicle Health Check (VHC) covers many key areas of your vehicle to ensure they are safe and identify any parts that may need attention.

Once a VHC has been conducted, you will receive a report of your results, which will score all points checked on your vehicle as Red, Amber or Green, depending on whether they require work or not.

You will then have the option to authorise that work to be carried out, with the advantage of competitive Lookers prices, genuine manufacturer parts and your vehicle already being on a ramp, attended to by a manufacturer trained Technician.

Vehicle Health Scoring Explained

Red – Action needed now

This item needs urgent attention. It could affect the safety, roadworthiness or performance of your vehicle and should be repaired as soon as possible.

Amber – Plan to fix soon

This item does not need immediate repair, but it is showing wear and will likely need attention before your next scheduled visit.

Green – No action needed

This item is in good condition at the time of inspection and does not currently require any work.
