The new StarView service captures video footage filmed by the technician as he or she carries out the free Visual Health Check that is undertaken on every car. The clip is emailed to the customer, who can see for themselves any issues that require attention, hear the technician's recommendation and can then make a fully-informed decision about whether they want the work undertaken or not.
