My Jaguar was off the road with Charles Hurst Jaguar Land Rover Belfast for 137 days following an electrical fault. Communication throughout was extremely poor. I received no proactive updates and had to repeatedly chase for information by phone and email. I ultimately escalated the matter through the Service Manager, Dealership Management and Head Office before anything happened. I was repeatedly given inaccurate and contradictory information. The vehicle was eventually repaired, however there was no acknowledgement of the excessive delay and no goodwill gesture despite a huge repair bill. The only positive I can say is that the repair appears successful. The overall customer service experience fell well below the standard I would expect from an authorised Jaguar Land Rover retailer.

I bought a car there, i needed to juridically to send threat to get the document they finally lost but was advertised to be with the car, the NCT disk and the service book. I never got replies from my emails pretending being on the spam folder and when i called no one was available. I had to spend 2 weeks with juridic threats to get only at the end the copy of the service book. But never got the NCT disk.

Excellent experience at Lookers Battersea. The dealership is spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic throughout. Harriet, our service advisor, was friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. They looked after our car brilliantly during its service, even fitting protective covers on the steering wheel and gear knob so nothing got marked. Grzegorz the mechanic gave us a really clear breakdown of the issues the car had, which we hugely appreciated. Would highly recommend Lookers Battersea over other VW dealers in London

Went to pick up my car today from a service. Waiting for over 20 mins to be seen, due to only 1 guy on servicing. Lots of standing and waiting around for the 4 customers with plenty of other staff not assisting him. However, that one guy was Dan, brilliant fella, couldn't do enough for you and was very apologetic for the wait tines. An absolute credit to you and you would've been lost without him today.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ismail at Battersea VW regarding the Motability Scheme, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, Ismail was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and incredibly understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out was his patience and genuine care for us as customers. In the middle of the application process, my family had second thoughts and needed time to reconsider our options. At no point did Ismail make us feel pressured or rushed — instead, he was super understanding, respectful, and supportive throughout. His customer service is truly second to none, and it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable. If anyone is thinking about getting a Motability car from this dealership, I would highly recommend asking for Ismail — you’ll be in very good hands.

I never do reviews, primarily because service is usually bang average. Not here. The immaculate David, 75 years young picked me up off the train followed by a swift and efficient handover from the very likeable Harry Shaw. Harry and his boss Ed did me a ‘deal’ which worked for both parties ( they do have to make a profit after all) and overall my experience of buying a used car for the first time in over 20 years was a pleasurable one. Waste of time. Needed my key replaced as my cars stuck in a pay n display in London and told it would definitely be delivered for Saturday so I could collect my car, which I stated at the time if any longer than Saturday I would just get it recovered home, I was told it would be here though. Arrive at around 10:30 to go and collect my key, I am not served until past 11:30 to then be told it will not be delivered until Tuesday! Who’s gunna be paying for the parking tickets? Between that I asked the mechanical staff to ask if it could be checked, which I’m refused and told that’s not their job. Absolute joke of customer service. Won’t be using them again
