1 star is far to high for this place. Our car goes in for a warranty repair that they said they did the first time but never did. We specifically ask for it not to be washed due to what they did to the paintwork last time it was there. We collect the car today and guess what it’s been washed. Get it home to find it covered in scratches and it’s possibly the worst attempt at a wash I’ve ever seen. Why does this place not follow a simple instruction. It’s our car to wash not yours! Here is a great idea for you, ask the customer if they want it washed when they arrive then mark the answer they give in the job card! So When they say no just leave it alone! You don’t have a clue what you’re doing. How this place is still going is beyond me. Once I get chance to wash this car properly in good light you will be getting pictures of all the damage you have caused and you will be sorting it out again. Clearly you haven’t learnt from the last disaster you caused! Avoid this place like the plague! These are just a few pics I quickly took as I walked round.
