I had such a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz Wolverhampton, and a huge thank you to Nick and staff for making the whole process special. Nick was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He made everything feel so smooth and was taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I appreciate all of his help, patience and attention to detail. I would like to give a special thanks to Pete, the Service Manager, for all of his help and support. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into making sure I was completely happy. I wanted a first car and I walked into Volkswagen Blackburn.a lady named Katie helped us find what we were looking for and made it such a pleasant experience .Katie was helpful and gave me reassurance multiple times,thanks to this lady I made the right decision of getting a car from this place.10/10 service thank you Katie.

Highly recommend this dealership. I bought my car from them. George Harris was excellent. All the way from my test drive to the transfer of ownership stage. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He knew his stuff. My car buying process was smooth and George was very efficient. Took me through everything and explained every document in detail. Buying my car was a pleasurable experience.

Came today to look at and order a new car. Could not park anywhere and staff were using disabled parking spaces for stock. Disgusting and you've now lost 20k+ sale because of it. I will go elsewhere instead. Well done! 👏

I recently bought a VW T-Cross Black Edition R-Line from Lookers Volkswagen Guildford and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. James is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient, but also just a really charismatic, likeable guy who makes the whole car-buying experience enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout. I really felt that he was interested in getting the best deal for me rather than simply making a sale, which makes a huge difference when you’re making a big purchase. We dealt with Naeem at Guildford Audi and he was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to explain anything and everything about our car. He was extremely friendly and professional but I suppose mainly knowledgeable. At the end of the day when you’re spending a lot on a car you want to know that the garage and the team are working hard to get the right car at the best price. I totally feel that this is what we got. We turned up late on a Monday after work for pick up but Naeem was there and helped us get done and dusted. We even got new tyres and 3/4 tank of diesel.
