First Class & Professional service from the minute we walked into the showroom with team members asking if we were being attended to & would we like a Tea/Coffee. Our salesperson Danny was very knowledgeable of the cars we were interested in. We agreed on a deal fairly quickly which suited both parties. The completion of documentation was straightforward and where I required guidance Danny was on hand to assist. When we went to collect our car at the agreed time the car was situated near the exit and was in pristine condition. Danny went through the process of completing the forms including Taxing the new vehicle and notifying DVLA that i was no longer the keeper of the vehicle i was exchanging. Danny then took us to our new car and spent as long as it took to explain all functions/displays on our new car and advised us not to hesitate to contact him if we have any problems or required further information to enable us to get everything needed to ensure we have an enjoyable time with our new car. We would recommend Audi Glasgow to anyone thinking about changing their car, as all the staff and our salesperson Danny were extremely friendly and made us feel relaxed in changing our car which can be a stressful occasion.

I recently had my car serviced at Lookers in Carlisle, and unfortunately I’ve had a very poor experience since. Shortly after the service, my car began leaking engine oil. After checking, it appears the issue is coming from the sump plug, where after emptying it has been left loose. This is extremely concerning, as it’s something that should have been properly secured during a routine service. To make matters worse, I’ve been told the earliest appointment to have this looked at is four weeks after the service therefore four weeks of my car leaking oil. Not to mention the risk of serious engine damage if the oil level drops too low. I find this situation unacceptable. A basic service should not result in a fault like this, and I would expect a much quicker resolution for an issue that appears to have been caused during the original work. I would appreciate this being addressed as a matter of urgency.

Have chosen to use this branch even though it is not the nearest to me because I have always felt the service is good and reliable.

Will was great from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for a better service and would happily do business again with him in the future.

I don’t know where to start really, so at first they weren’t pushy and had good customer skills we decided to take the car and a week later we picked it up all emails answered quick and phone calls however this is where things change It’s my own fault but I paid a few hundred pounds delivery feee when the car was sat in the show room? I had to pay for mats that should of come with the car I payed for gardex all tho the car already had half of it done and I don’t believe they have done the rest or if they have they’ve done a really shabby job emails gone unanswered after the sales been done wouldn’t recommend this place and use teeside Please see photos attached of apparently the gardex application they is still sticker residue that hasn’t been buffed off and has the windscreen only been half done? Absolutely shambles I fact it’s the same side that was in the show room that’s “untreated”
