I had an absolutely fantastic service from Range Rover, especially Jack Kirkpatrick the salesman, he went out of his way to help when I found it hard to get insurance and when i came to pick up my new hse p460e edition he presented my wife with a beautiful bunch of flowers, many thanks Jack for making mine and my wife experience with Range Rover so special

Hello, I would like to share my experience recently. I received a letter in the mail regarding a recall part. We booked in and brought the car in on a Monday them communicating it would be a two day job. They called us the first day, letting us know that they needed to order an additional part and now the it won’t be ready until the following day Wednesday. Which was inconvenient but, we understand that these things happens. When we dropped the car off no where did it say in the email/confirmation to drive it in the service bay when we were told that after we went and they told us to go sit in the lobby which was confusing as we simply just needed to drop off the keys and go. We sat there for about 20 minute until someone came and collected our keys and said they would call us when the car is fixed. On Wednesday they called to let us know the car was ready to be picked up. This was at 12:47. I took a taxi to go collect my car getting me there around 1:45 where I was told that it was not ready yet it had not been washed. I was asked I wanted to wait 15 minutes and I said ok. I didn’t get my car back until 2:30 and the car has soap smears outside all over it, honestly it was cleaner when I dropped it off. Before I left I try to share my feedback on two different occasions the first I was given the response of I have only been here a week I’m not sure, and they second was answered with sorry I wasn’t the one who called you to say it was ready. Overall not the most positive experience and would hope that communication and time management would be taken into consideration for future customers.

How JLR continue with this dealership is beyond me ! In 42 yrs in the Auto Industry I have never experienced such shoddy customer care. The Salesman Mo (Mohammed) is a disaster and needs to seriously think about his future in a customer facing job, never have I had to deal with such an incompetent fellow. Please JLR pull the franchise from these clowns.

Extremely disappointed. I waited three weeks for a warranty appointment, only to receive a call on the day to say the vehicle could no longer be looked at. Having booked the time out and arranged alternative transport, this was very frustrating. Poor communication and a complete lack of consideration for the customer’s time. I expected much better from a Land Rover retailer.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. My Range Rover went in on 30th June at 9:30am for what was supposed to be a one hour diagnostic. At 2:46pm, having heard nothing, I rang for an update and was told my service advisor, Ross, would call me back. No call came. I called again at 5:27pm and Ross told me the technician hadn't yet given him any feedback. The following day, I called at 12:53pm and asked to speak to Ross. I was told he was busy and would call me back. Again, no call. On Thursday at 1:50pm, I rang once more and was again told Ross was busy and would call me back. I explained that I had been waiting days for a callback and still hadn't received one. Eventually, at 2:25pm, another colleague phoned me and explained what was wrong with the car. I told him that was fine and asked him to send me the bill so I could get it sorted. He said Ross would email it to me. Once again, no email arrived. On Friday at 9:40am, I called to explain that Ross still hadn't sent anything and asked to speak to his manager. I was told she would get back to me, but once again, nobody contacted me. The lack of communication has been shocking. I have repeatedly had to chase for updates, promises of callbacks were never kept, emails were never sent, and even my request to speak to a manager resulted in no response. This experience has been frustrating and has fallen well below the level of service I would expect from a premium dealership. Based on my experience, Ross clearly needs more training in customer communication and customer care. If you tell a customer you'll call them back or send them information, you should follow through. I was repeatedly promised callbacks and emails that never arrived, leaving me to chase updates myself every step of the way. I appreciate that workshops can be busy, but keeping customers informed is a basic part of the job. This experience fell far below the standard I would expect from a premium dealership, and I hope improvements are made so other customers don't have the same experience. Land Rover Boucher Road N.I

Would give 0 if I could! Came in for a recall, they advised that the recall doesn't apply to the vehicle. Asked how we could have known that at the time - guys said we'd need to see it and read the VIN. I said I could have given you that, and you literally have the VIN on the paperwork - "ah the customer couldn't be trusted, they could send us anything!". Never again. Never
