Lack of updates on the progress of repairs When called them and finally got through to someone they could not provide an update as the system did not have any details and the person dealing with it was not in. Generally a very poor service.

I have always received exceptional service from Lookers Buckinghamshire, who have looked after both of my personal vehicles — a Jaguar I-PACE and a Range Rover Sport. A particular mention must go to Tom Bush in the Service Department, who consistently goes above and beyond to help. Tom is not only exceptionally helpful, but also ludicrously knowledgeable about the brand and always takes the time to explain things properly and find a solution. Robert Taylor in Parts is also a real asset to the business and the brand. He consistently provides a superb level of service and is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It is the people who make the difference, and both Tom and Robert are excellent ambassadors for Lookers Buckinghamshire. Their knowledge, attitude and willingness to help make dealing with the dealership a genuinely positive experience.

ABYSMAL SERVICE My Range Rover was recalled for safety reasons. I have been trying to have my car attended to for months. I booked it in to have the work done. When I arrived at the West London dealership I discovered that the parts had not arrived. Obviously no one had bothered to warn me not to waste my time - I live near the 'old' premises in Battersea - the journey to and from the 'new' premises wasted a good part of my morning. A person named Nicky, who I have been told does still work there, has not once responded to my dozens of calls. I had been promised by Landrover themselves that she had been emailed to make a booking. No one ever returns a call and promised emails never materialise. Lookers is totally incompetent, irresponsible and I hope my life is not in danger - the vehicle had been recalled for a safety issue.

Absolutely terrible after-sales service from Land Rover. They are very quick to push you into purchasing a vehicle, but once they have your money, the level of support seems to disappear. I was then told they do not have enough capacity to schedule my vehicle for service because they are fully booked and have no room. How can a premium brand aggressively sell vehicles while apparently not having sufficient service capacity to look after the customers who already bought them? Buying a Land Rover is not a small purchase. Customers reasonably expect proper after-sales support, servicing, and assistance when needed. Instead, my experience has been frustration, delays, and the feeling that making the sale is more important than looking after the customer afterwards. If your service department cannot cope with the number of vehicles you are selling, perhaps stop pushing so hard for new sales until you can properly support your existing customers. Extremely disappointing experience and certainly not the premium customer service I expected from Land Rover. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before purchasing another vehicle from them. LAST LAND ROVER.
