I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Land Rover Aylesbury. I recently purchased a Range Rover SVR for around £45,000, believing I was buying an Approved Used vehicle that came with the 1-year Land Rover Approved Warranty – as advertised and explained to me during the sale. However, after 5 months completing the purchase, I’ve now been told that the warranty has been suspended, leaving me with no cover at all. This feels like I’ve been mis-sold the car, as the warranty was a major part of my decision to buy from an official Land Rover dealership rather than privately. For a brand that prides itself on premium service and trust, this has been a shocking experience. I’ve spent a huge amount of money expecting peace of mind, and instead, I’ve been left feeling let down, ignored, and completely undervalued as a customer. If this is how Land Rover Aylesbury treats its customers after taking their money, I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying here. I expected so much better from an official Land Rover retailer.

My father recently purchased a 2021 Land Rover discovery sport! And I must say the level of professionalism right down to detail that has went into this purchase is on a new level. The team at lookers land rover Bishop’s Stortford went above and beyond with everything making this trip as relaxing and stress free as possible. Dealing with other car agencies in Northern Ireland is a challenge compared to working with this team! Nothing was too much. Not to mention the staff were extremely helpful and kind without a doubt that being said I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking to purchase a Land Rover/ Range Rover. Long story short my car is in under warranty for 4 months still not fixed and still no eta when it will be fixed. To say this has been a nightmare experience is an understatement. The break down service department people skills needs to be looked at,i hate calling it. I feel like i need to prepare for an argument when I call. JLR is a prestige brand and has a renowned world wide name. But yet myself and my wife have been treated like we are dealing with a side ally garage. I just want my car back🙠I think I have the right to complain after 4 months waiting please anybody in a position to resolve this mess can you help me get my car back.
Just had recall my car to change part that factory had fault back in July then had problem with top up water and engine lights on! I called the dealer again to book the car and have curtsy car too till my car repaired they told me wait one half month, I did take the car there and they did repair the fault next have the same issue, I called Land Rover road side assistance surprised he told that they didn’t done job proper and need change more parts, I called back the dealer they can’t offer curtesy car and I can’t really drive my car too.
Had excellent customer service from Amber in the service department. Really took the time to give feedback and explain and sorted things quickly even though the department was short staffed on the day .
We took two of your vehicles for a test drive and your member of staff Kim Whymark could not have been more helpful. He listened, actioned what we needed and we made a purchase. He was excellent. Please pass on our thanks to Kim and the team. The experience was excellent.
Had a major issue with our vehicle we bought from them less than 2 years ago, we felt they had a moral and ethical duty to put this right based on the fact it is a well known issue .. they simply refused to even put our case forward to JLR UK and had the audacity to charge us £270 to confirm what we had already told them .. took our car to another dealer who went above and beyond and put our case forward and got it resolved ..Lookers customer service is non existent, they lied to our faces and had no empathy when we told them the well known fault could have caused a major accident and the car is used to transport our child. Disgusted with their attitude and service!
Fantstic sales team, even though JLR had the cyber attack the Lookers team kept me upto date with information as when they managed to glean it from JLR. The whole process from start to finish was relatively smooth given the circumstances. On collection the car was looking great, so glad I'd chosen the model and colour combination. Great company to deal with, looked after me at every turn until I drove the car away and discovered a small issue with the car.....nothing to do with Lookers at all but more of a manufacturing issue, only downside was taking the car back 3 days later and waiting 4 odd hours and using almost a quarter of a tank of fuel whilst they did everything to check / fix the issue. A little dissappointed as I expected so much from the car but I guess you cannot control the "Friday" build, still a journey I was not expecting with a brand new car. Great effort by the whole Lookers team at Bishops Stortford
