Created around you, our flexible four options give you the choice of how we can best meet your needs.

Drop&Go is designed to fit in with you with the minimum of fuss. Simply drop off your Mercedes-Benz any time between 8-10am, leave the keys with us and we will have it ready for collection any time from 4.30pm until we close.

If you need to have a fixed time appointment and would prefer to wait for your Mercedes-Benz in one of our state of the art showrooms, the Lounge option may be more suitable for you. Make the most of our improved facilities while we work on your Mercedes-Benz, safe in the knowledge you will be back on the road in no time. Relax in the Comfort Zone with our complimentary refreshments and TV, or continue your work and catch up on e-mails in the Business Zone using our free WiFi.

We know that you can't always afford to be off the road when your own car needs attention. The MyService Drive option will help keep you on the road by providing a Mercedes-Benz loan car. We will greet you any time between 8-11am and get you on your way again in next to no time. Your car will be ready to collect by 6pm.

Alternatively, if you can't make it in to us to drop your vehicle off why not take advantage of our Collect option? One of our dedicated drivers will collect your car from your home or work between 8-11am and then return it to you once the work is complete before 6pm.
