Personal Contract Purchase - Terms & Conditions

Finance is based on a personal contract purchase. At the beginning of the contract the legal owner is the finance provider and at the end of the agreement there are 3 options: (i) Renew: Part exchange the vehicle (ii) Retain: Pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or (iii) Return the vehicle. Optional final payment not payable if you opt to return the vehicle at the end of the agreement (vehicle condition, excess mileage and other charges may be payable). You will not own the vehicle until all payments due are made. Credit is subject to status. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 309424. We are a credit broker, not a lender and can introduce you to a number of lenders. Lenders pay commission at different rates either as a fixed fee or as a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. This commission is payable to us by the lender (not you) but part of the interest charged to you under your credit agreement with the lender will pay them for their costs, including the commission they pay to us. Credit subject to status. *Service Plans applicable for vehicles under 12 months old or before the 1st service (whichever comes first). The Service Plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements for the term of the Service Plan purchased. The plan ends when the vehicle reaches the age or mileage limit as specified in the Service Plan purchased (whichever comes first). Service Plans do not cover wear and tear items such as (but not limited to) tyres, wiper blades or brakes. Service plans for £9.99 per month are applicable for 3 years or 30,000 miles and 3 years 48,000 miles for e-tech electric models. Contact us for full details.
