Have wasted two weeks attempting to arrange my vehicle to be repaired by the Mercedes-Benz Maidstone Bodyshop branch after the estimate was approved by the insurance. It’s incomprehensible that in 2025 a well-established brand is incapable of answering a phone call or reply to emails in order to arrange a simple task. Not even the Insurance company have been successful in contacting anyone within the Mercedes-Benz Maidstone Bodyshop. Why offer a service if there is no customer service. Unfortunately, this branch has let an excellent brand down. Hope that upper management take note of this review and take action as it’s unfair that the receptionist has to deal with unhappy customers due to an incompetent department.

STOP – Never buy a car from this dealership. Disgrace for Mercedes Benz. Dishonest, poor service, and cars sold in an appalling condition – interior unclean, poorly prepared, faulty AC and with bad paintwork repairs. Our sales advisor was Peter Singh, and I have never experienced such poor service anywhere else. I genuinely wonder how staff like this still work in sales and customer service. There is zero accountability and absolutely no response from the senior management team. A complete disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz brand. I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing – it would have saved me a lot of stress. If you are still considering buying from them, be prepared to raise a dispute with The Motor Ombudsman. Complaint reference: 14988689. Avoid at all costs.
I would like to say that on the purchase of my new Mercedes the salesman Justin was first class. I had been dealing with Justin when I first enquired about the car and I turn up at the showroom on Saturday morning without an appointment. Although he was busy with another client he made sure someone was available to show us the car. He also made sure that we were seen on our return to the showroom until he had finished with his other customer. When I collected the car he went over everything in full detail and I was more than satisfied with the service I had received from him. I have a personalised number plate, he talked me through on the phone how to change this with the DVLA. I have to say that Justin went the extra mile during the purchase of the vehicle and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was friendly, very polite and very professional. Justin is a credit to your company.
Extremely poor customer service from Charles Hurst Dacia Mallusk. Bought a Dacia Jogger a year ago.....recently kept cutting out at speed. Left it in to be checked and was told there was nothing wrong. Continued to happen and left it in again - now there was a problem but only their Master Engineer could look at it. So left it in a third time to be repaired. 5 days later (7 if I include the other two days I was carless while they "checked it") they are no further forward and are refusing to give me a car in the meantime despite it being unusable and they have no estimated repair date. Spoke with two men on the phone who were dismissive and unsympathetic and a manager was too busy to talk to me. Hard to believe that a huge Charles Hurst Group wouldn't be able to help me out. Very disappointing.
