About the programme
The 24-month rotational programme is designed to fast-track your future career to Head of Business or General Manager, where you will be accountable for running a multi-million-pound dealership operation. Throughout the rotations, you will be immersed in all areas of the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry.
Underpinning this will be the development programme that will provide:
Training and Development: workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge to help you grow both personally and professionally
Mentorship: to provide guidance, support, and advice throughout the programme
Networking Opportunities: the chance to interact with senior leaders, other professionals and graduates, expanding your professional network
Project Assignments: this will be aligned with the workplace to make meaningful contribution and grow your skill set

Your Rotations
Head Office Functions
During your first rotation, you’ll get an insight into how the business runs and gain an understanding of what to expect throughout your different rotations.
In the Head Office Functions, you'll experience departments such as Human Resources, IT, Risk & Compliance, and Finance.
Sales
During your Sales rotation, you will work under and receive training from Sales Advisors , Admin, Business Managers and our Fleet teams.
This will give you the opportunity to try the different roles with the sales department and ultimately decide if that is your preferred business area.
Aftersales, Parts and Servicing
Your Aftersales and Servicing rotation will involve working alongside our Service and Parts Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, Aftersales Managers and many more.

Central Operations
Your time in the Central Operations area of Lookers offers exposure to various departments, including Marketing, Customer Experience and Complaints, and Performance Management for sales and aftersales.
You'll collaborate closely with different teams to understand how they support our dealerships and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Preferred Business Area
Once you've completed your final rotation, you'll have the chance to show your interest in a specific area of the business and concentrate on the management side of that function, such as Sales Management.
