The six-month programme combines classroom, digital, and on-the-job learning with experts from across our dealerships and the HR community, as well as a dedicated mentor and manager to ensure success. This combination creates a learning experience that engages and inspires our trainees to achieve their full potential.
As an industry, we are embarking on an exciting journey toward the electric revolution: we provide comprehensive training for both existing and electric vehicles, ensuring you have a broad understanding of all vehicles and can fully support our customers purchasing decisions.
