Following the government announcement on 31st October regarding the new lockdown, which comes into effect in England on the 5th November, I would like to advise you on the steps we are taking within our dealerships to fully support the latest measures.
Our dealerships will continue to operate as per usual until Thursday 5th November.
From 5th November our Service departments will be open for appointment only Servicing, MOT and repairs. We want to reassure you that we will continue to follow the Lookers Safety System.
From Thursday our sales showrooms and external sales forecourts will be closed to the public. However, we will remain open digitally with our Click & Drive online sales experience which is available 24/7 from the comfort of your own home. Customers will still be able to collect a car or van which has been purchased throughout the lockdown from our dealerships. Vehicle handovers will take place from a COVID safe area to ensure both colleague and customer safety.
Our colleagues will be on hand to support you with any sales and aftersales enquiries you may have.
