To Qualify:
1. To qualify for the Lookers £500 Free Fuel offer you must be a private retail customer who orders a new vehicle during the promotional period (15th to 17th September 2017). You must also take delivery of your vehicle by 30 September 2017; otherwise this offer will expire, regardless of the order date.
2. You must provide a valid email address at the time of purchasing, in order to receive your £500 prepaid card.
3. This offer is not available on Fleet, Motability or Used cars

4. The amount of funds available on your card will be £500.
5. The Card provides the Cardholder with the value pre-loaded on the Card to spend at most places Mastercard® is accepted. Please note that the card is not re-loadable.
6. The Card cannot be used to purchase fuel via a Pay@Pump facility. Your Card cannot under any circumstances be used to withdraw cash via cashback and cannot be used for cash withdrawals via ATM.
7. Only one Card per customer.
8. There are no cash or any other alternatives available.
How It Works
9. You will be sent your £500 Fuel Card automatically in the post within 10 working days after 30 September, permitted that you have taken possession of your vehicle by 30 September 2017.
10. In advance of your Card arriving you will receive an activation instruction email to the email address you provided during the purchase of the vehicle.
11. In order to be able to use your Card it must be activated and your PIN must be retrieved. You can do this online at www.fuelcard4u.com . If you have any issues with activation or do not receive your activation email, please call 0344 800 6435†

12. The Card will be valid until the expiration date printed on the front of the Card (12 months from the date of issue). PLEASE NOTE: A monthly administration fee of £2 will be deducted from any available balance if your Card has not been used for a period of 6 consecutive months. 13. If the amount of the value available on the Card is not sufficient to cover your purchase, you will need to pay the difference by other means first (cheque, cash, debit or credit card) then use the Card.

How do I activate my fuel card?
Just in advance of your fuel card arriving you will be sent an email containing details on how to activate your card once it arrives. The email will contain a card activation code. You must activate your card via the web at www.fuelcard4u.com. Simply click ‘Activate My Card’ to complete the activation process.
How long do I have to activate my fuel card?
Your fuel card must be activated before the date of expiry. If your card is not activated before it expires, your card will be cancelled and you will no longer be eligible for the free fuel offer.
Where can I use my fuel card?
You may use your card online or at most places that accept Mastercard®, in accordance with the cardholder terms and conditions, for full details of the Card terms of use and associated charges, please click here. Remember, you need to know the balance on your card. Can I use my fuel card to obtain cash or purchase fuel at Pay@pump facilities?
