Taggarts Land Rover gives back by gifting to local community hospice

Taggarts Land Rover Lanarkshire has been helping to support its local community by gifting £2,000 to a local hospice.
 
The donation was made to St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie, Lanarkshire, which provides specialist care to people living with life limiting illnesses. 
 
As well as providing a vital service in the local community, the hospice also has a personal connection to Taggarts Land Rover General Sales Manager, Dominic Cameron, whose father-in-law was cared for by the hospice before he sadly passed away last year.
 
Staff at the dealership have now agreed to visit the hospice themselves to see first-hand the good work that is carried out with the help of such donations.
 
Dominic said: “It was very satisfying to be able to support St Andrew’s Hospice in this way as they were absolutely brilliant when caring for my father-in-law. The staff there were so caring and I just want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to them once again.”
 
The new Taggarts Land Rover dealership, which is part of the larger Lookers group, opened in February 2019 following a nine month, multi-million-pound redevelopment programme, and is proud to support its local community.
