I brought the car back in 2016 from Knights BMW, I once took the car for a service to a different BMW dealer. However, I did not receive an excellent service from that dealership compare to the service received by Ashley Highlands. I always like to deal with Ashley as I feel more comfortable speaking to him when I need questions answered. He is professional in his job and knowledgeable. Thank you

5 stars go to Ben Mullan. Was fortunate enough for Ben to pick out my first car for me which was an absolute dream, when this was written off in an accident it was a no brainer to get in touch with Ben again for some new wheels. Ben had moved from Charles hurst Vauxhall to used direct and following him there was another no brainer. The time, effort and attention to detail provided by Ben in picking me my new car was truly exceptional I genuinely couldn’t have picked a car better suited to me if I picked it myself. My second time shopping with Ben and certainly not the last, would not look elsewhere!
